Internal Sales Executive

We are looking for a talented Internal Sales Executive who thrives in a highly competitive market. Office-based at our headquarters in Highbridge in Somerset, the successful candidate will play a fundamental role in helping us to achieve our ambitious growth strategy. You will be comfortable making numerous sales calls each day, establishing new business connections, generating interest in our bathroom pod products, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Responsibilities will include:

• Generating new business opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls and emails
• Understanding customer needs and requirements
• Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate business development executive for further development and closure
• Sourcing new sales opportunities using our external lead generating service
• Understanding the needs and requirements of potential customers and prospects
• Qualify opportunities and work with business development and estimating team
• Research key accounts, identify decision makers and generate interest.
• Maintain and expand a database of prospects throughout England and Wales
• Close deals
Key Skills and Requirements

• Proven internal sales experience
• Knowledge of the construction sector
• A track record of selling an offsite construction solution. This experience could be in modular building, a timber-framed or light steel-framed construction solutions, or sales experience of manufactured products for the construction industry
• Ability to read and interpret architectural layout drawings
• Familiarity with tendering in construction
• Strong phone presence
• Good organisational and record keeping skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• The ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage your time effectively
• Good interpersonal and team working skills.

Contracts Planner

We are looking to appoint a Contracts Planner who will work on scheduling for our bathroom pod contracts and help us achieve our exacting quality and service standards on every project. Work will include liaison with client teams and internal departments, managing detailed documentation, working with floor plans and schedules to ensure we maintain clients' delivery dates and precisely manage budgets and costs.

The successful candidate should have meticulous attention to detail, a high level of accuracy and be confident working with data. Skills in the use of Microsoft Excel and knowledge of production planning and control are essential
