Offsite Solutions is part of a family-owned group of companies which includes Deanestor, Taylor & Kilduff and Dentalstyle which have been manufacturing products for the construction industry for more than 60 years. The group employs nearly 500 people, operate facilities in excess of 250,000sqft and has annual sales of over £50m.

Deanestor is one of the UK's leading furniture and fitout companies, supplying and installing fitted bedroom furniture and kitchens for major residential and student schemes, and specialist furniture for schools, laboratories and hospitals. It also procures and supplies white goods, electrical accessories, towel rails, mirrors, curtains and blinds, notice boards and loose furniture. Deanestor works with major developers, contractors and construction clients such as the NHS, on both new build and refurbishment projects.

Offsite Solutions and Deanestor provide the most complete accommodation fitout solution available in the UK - furniture and factory-built bathrooms for student accommodation, build-to-rent, hotels, key worker accommodation, residential and healthcare environments.

Taylor & Kilduff was founded in 1980 to manufacture steel-framed agricultural buildings, metal gates, balconies and staircases. The business then expanded into subcontracting, providing a flexible fabrication resource for industrial buildings and structural components such as mezzanine floors. The company has a long history of supplying steel base frames to Offsite Solutions, which spans more than 15 years. It fabricates around 10,000 units a year for all types and variations of Offsite Solutions’ steel-framed bathroom pods, as well as other steel components and prototype products.

Taylor & Kilduff also fabricates steel products such as mezzanine floors and steel staircases for its other customers.

Dentalstyle  designs, manufactures and installs dental cabinets, worktops, frontals and accessories for hospitals, teaching facilities and surgeries. Dentalstyle operates through a network of specialist dental distributors to ensure clients receive the best possible service. These distributors are able to guide customers through the range of products, textures and colours and advise on the layout before undertaking a survey to ensure problem-free installation.

Dentalstyle offers a complementary, upfront design and drawing service providing a clear vision of new surgeries prior to installation. Its products are manufactured in the UK helping to ensure consistently high quality, customer service excellence, and shorter lead times.
