Quick resolutions to customer queries following delivery

A dedicated site manager is allocated to every project to assist with any queries that may arise, and to ensure that any snagging is resolved, so that the pod can be handed over to the main contractor. Once the pod has been installed by others, Offsite Solutions remain at hand to assist with any queries that may arise. During the defect liability period our aftercare teams are available to deal with any points raised and ensure that they are closed out in a timely manner.

We supply thousands of pods annually across a wide range of sectors and project types. The overwhelming majority of pods are supplied without issues, but where an issue does occur, they are typically minor and quickly resolved by our team.

This reliability is a direct result of our rigorous quality control process and factory testing at each stage of production and is one of the reasons why Offsite Solutions has a significant amount of repeat customers. 

Full traceability on every unit

Identified, logged and trackable

Every bathroom pod we manufacture – steel-framed or GRP composite – is issued with a unique identification number. This ID allows us to trace when it was built, on which line, by which team, and where it is located on site. This system ensures complete visibility and efficient support whenever assistance is needed.
