Demountable pods for restricted access
Sectional GRP pods for refurbishment and constrained projects
Our award-winning demountable GRP pods are designed for buildings where space or access makes full pod installation difficult. These units are manufactured in sections, with the shower tray forming part of the floor and wall panels creating the enclosure.
Following a detailed site survey, panels are sized to ensure safe, easy access through existing openings. Sanitaryware fixings are pre-drilled to reduce on-site time – only the shower door is installed during final assembly.

GRP composite panel kits for bathroom upgrades
Pre-cut and factory-prepared panels for wall refurbishment
For buildings that require bathroom upgrades but will retain existing wall positions, we offer GRP composite panel kits. These are cut to size, factory prepared and delivered with all brassware and sanitary items ready to install.
Kits are delivered as components and assembled on site. Panels are lightweight, durable, and easy to clean – making them ideal for long-term use in residential or institutional buildings. Finishes include tile effects, simulated painted plasterboard, and granite looks, with colours available from BS4800 and RAL charts.
