Offsite Solutions Secures Multi-million Pound Deal to Supply Nearly 1,000 Bathroom Pods for One of UK's Largest Private Rental Schemes
Offsite Solutions has been awarded multi-million pound contracts to supply nearly 1,000 high specification bathroom pods for one of the UK’s largest single-site build-to-rent schemes.
Developed by Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW), Coppermaker Square is a £670m residential-led development next to Westfield Stratford City shopping centre in London.
The scheme will create around 1,200 new homes for rent in 11 buildings – three residential towers and courtyard mansion blocks up to 11 storeys.
Designed by PRP Architects, this high-quality mixed-use development forms part of the redevelopment of Stratford City and the Olympic Village and is set to transform Stratford town centre into an exceptional build-to-rent location for London.
Offsite Solutions is manufacturing 991 high specification, steel-framed bathroom pods in two phases, which will run concurrently. There are two pod types and each has two colour palettes in dark or light grey.

Coppermaker Square will provide one, two, three and four-bedroom homes with amenities including a gym, swimming pool, workspaces, and high-quality public realm and open spaces, such as play areas.
The private rental sector is one of the fastest-growing areas in property development. Offsite Solutions offers a range of pod solutions for utility rooms, bathrooms, shower rooms and ensuites to suit build-to-rent schemes.
High specification steel-framed pods allow traditional porcelain-tiled finishes. Enhanced GRP pods have a host of design options, including porcelain-tiled feature walls, to create a strong aesthetic whilst allowing developers and operators to meet their budgetary aspirations and reduce future maintenance costs.
