Offsite Solutions Shortlisted for Two Offsite Awards

Offsite Solutions has been shortlisted for two awards at this year’s Offsite Awards – the South Quay Plaza project in the Best Use of Pod Technology category and Product Innovation of the Year for our new steel and concrete pods.

South Quay Plaza is an £8m contract for Berkeley Homes which involved the offsite manufacture of more than 900 high specification bathrooms for a 68-storey tower in London Docklands.

The project is the UK’s largest bathroom pod contract for a single residential scheme and the highest value project in our history.

Our latest innovation in bathroom pods is our new steel and concrete pods which provide a fully waterproofed solution for luxury wet rooms and bathrooms.

The first application of this new pod type is a £4.5 million contract to manufacture high specification bathroom pods for Canary Wharf’s new private rental apartment tower at Wood Wharf.
