Offsite Solutions Completes 2nd Phase of £5m Expansion

Offsite Solutions has completed the second phase of its £5m expansion programme - a £1m facility to increase storage space at the company’s UK headquarters and production centre in Highbridge, Somerset.

Up to 3,500 completed bathroom pods can now be accommodated, before the units are delivered to building sites across the country.

This announcement follows the successful delivery of the first phase – a new 45,000sqft production facility which doubled capacity for the company’s steel-framed bathroom pods. This unit was designed to meet Offsite Solutions’ strong sustainability commitments. It has reduced transport between sites and uses roof-mounted solar panels to generate around 25 per cent of the factory’s annual electricity demand.
