Offsite Solutions Appoints Operations Manager

Fay Hill has been promoted to the position of Operations Manager.

Fay joined Offsite Solutions in 2021 as Production Office Manager, bringing extensive HR and accountancy experience to her role. She has now been appointed Operations Manager and has taken responsibility for our HR function, which includes staff recruitment and retention.

Fay also provides administrative support to our production teams and works across all our bathroom pod factories.

She says, “Since I joined Offsite Solutions, I have been made to feel very welcome and work with some fantastic groups of people who take such pride in their roles.”

“I love seeing the sheer range of pods we produce for major construction projects across the country. I have huge admiration for the work our teams do. All our staff across the business work so well together and their efforts are evident in the quality and finish of our products.”
