Our Review of 2022

Our teams have delivered some fantastic pod projects again this year, working with some of the UK’s leading developers, contractors, and architects – bathrooms for luxury apartments, major build-to-rent and student schemes, and mixed tenure housing.

Despite the economic challenges, Offsite Solutions moves into 2023 in a very positive position with a strong order forward book and a brilliant team – in our offices, factories and on site.

Here are a few highlights from the world of pods this year:

- We achieved our record order intake of nearly £40m this summer

- We were awarded 2 new projects for Moda – in Glasgow with Robertson and Sussex with Midgard

- The student living sector remains strong and were awarded our 2nd contract for EQUANS

- Demand continues to rise for pods for affordable housing and mixed tenure

- Our most luxurious pods to date were manufactured and delivered – our second project for Berkeley Homes

- Pod orders for build-to-rent continue to increase and include new contracts for Telford Homes and Cross Keys Homes

- We ended the year delivering our highest number of pods in a single week – 323 units to the value of £1.2m.
