Balfour Beatty Announcement

Offsite Solutions and Deanestor are supplying both bathroom pods and FF&E to Balfour Beatty on the prestigious 19 storey, £50 million, 1,100 unit Westminster Bridge Road Project. This development for Urbanest will provide accommodation for more than 1,000 students, a school, flexible workspace for ‘start up’ businesses, a gym, swimming pool, cafe and landscaped gardens. Westminster Bridge Road will be Urbanest’s fifth scheme in London’s zone 1 and continues their successful working relationship with our group. It is scheduled for completion in September 2015.

Group Director William Tonkinson had the privilege of meeting with the Prime Minister David Cameron on-site to celebrate Balfour Beatty’s announcement of a record £1 billion spend with suppliers in 2014.

We are pleased to report that Offsite Solutions have won various projects with a leading student housing company in Benelux that have secured numerous projects across Europe. Offsite Solutions have now successfully delivered the first project and look forward to continuing our relationship with this group over the coming years.

Offsite Solutions is pleased to be a part of the large expansion currently underway at the Glasgow Campus that will cater for 40,000 students and 1,200 staff. We are pleased to be supplying an increasing number of bathroom pods to projects in Scotland and hope to build on these relationships going forward.
