Over £1.5m of bathroom pods delivered across the UK
New milestone for Offsite Solutions
The Offsite Solutions team has delivered pods totalling more than £1.5m in a single week – a new record for the business.
Over 300 steel-framed and GRP (glass-reinforced plastic) pods are arriving on sites near Brighton, Cambridge, Peterborough, Manchester, Leicester, Oxford, Bristol, and for two major developments in London.
Supporting repeat clients nationwide
These orders are mostly for longstanding repeat clients, including Willmott Dixon, Downing, Canary Wharf and EQUANS. The schemes represent a diverse mix of build-to-rent, PBSA (purpose-built student accommodation), and affordable housing developments.
Rising demand across sectors
Our teams in design, estimating, production and despatch have been working exceptionally hard as we continue to see growing demand for our pod solutions in every residential sector.
We are also seeing a significant increase in orders for new-build hotels, as more developers turn to offsite solutions to improve quality, reduce waste, and accelerate programmes.
