Offsite Solutions has a responsive site team dedicated to handling all post-delivery matters from positioning and assistance with installation to rectification of damage caused by other trades.

We are proud to report that of the many thousands of pods we supply every year very few customers experience any difficulties and any issues which do arise are relatively minor and can be resolved swiftly.

Every bathroom pod whether steel framed or GRP Composite is given a unique identification number for traceability so that we can tell when and by which line it was manufactured.
