3. Consider access for pod installation in the structural design

5. Make sure the floor slab is flat and level and to our precise specification
    
6. Ensure lifting frames are project-specific and certified for the type of pod
    
7. Look closely at the pod construction details to ensure longevity – not all suppliers manufacture to the same standards
    
8. Assess what testing is carried out in the factory before delivery to site
    
9. Check guarantees and accreditations
    
10. Be aware when comparing tenders that not all manufacturers are like for like.
