Offsite Solutions Supplies Bathroom Pods for Second Phase of New Student Village

Offsite Solutions has completed its second bathroom pod project for a new student village in Canterbury for main contractor, Canbury Construction.

A total of 365 purposed-designed shower pods have been manufactured for Palamon Court and the second phase which is now on site – St Mary Bredin. The architects are Hollaway Studio.

The bathrooms were manufactured in low maintenance GRP with a tile-effect finish. The pods for both phases arrived on site fully fitted with a dual flush wall hung toilet, shower, glass shelving, mirror, and co-ordinating accessories.

The building will complete the vibrant student village at Rhodaus Town, providing students with high quality facilities for university life. The second phase will create 212 bed spaces in 28 clusters and two levels of communal social and leisure amenities which connect to a landscaped courtyard.
