Demountable Bathroom Pods for the University of Bath's New Student Accommodation Scheme

Offsite Solutions has supplied bathroom pods for a new student accommodation scheme at the University of Bath, which is under construction by Vinci and due for completion this autumn.

The project features 291 GRP bathroom pods which have now been installed.

16 of the pods for Polden Corner were supplied in a demountable configuration for the areas with low bearing ceilings which restricted access for full-sized pods. This solution maximised offsite construction, reducing programme and ensuring consistency of quality.
