We are pleased to report that Offsite Solutions has brought on-line its third factory; this 30,000 sq. ft. premises are less than a mile away from our main facility in Highbridge, Somerset. The factory will be used to manufacture cold rolled steel wall frames and assemble completed steel-framed pod carcasses ready for delivery to the main facility for fitting out. This new factory will increase our overall capacity and allow specialist teams to better focus on each individual part of the build process with fewer space constraints.

Leading luxury hotel brand Pullman has joined forces with Offsite Solutions on their new 212 room, £26 million hotel at the Exhibition Centre Liverpool. Pullman has hotels all over the world, including all major European cities, but only one in the UK, at St Pancras, London. The Pullman brand is owned by international hotel company Accor. The seven-storey accommodation will include up to 10,500 metres of floor space, restaurants, bars, meeting rooms and a gym. 212 premium quality steel framed bathroom pods will be delivered to site ready for their opening in spring 2015.
