Offsite Solutions Completes 5th Student Bathroom Contract for urbanest

Offsite Solutions has completed the delivery of the final bathroom pods for Palmerston Court – a new student housing-led mixed-use development under construction in Battersea, London by Mace.

Our £2.8m contract was for 690 steel-framed pods to a Passivehaus specification and was our fifth project for our longstanding client urbanest.

Developed and operated by urbanest, this ultra-sustainable scheme will provide purpose-built bedrooms for graduates and post-graduates from London’s leading universities and colleges.

Designed by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris and due for completion in 2024, Palmerston Court is the first major Passivehaus student accommodation project in London.

A gateway for Battersea’s new Design and Tech Quarter, the development comprises three buildings from 15 to 19 storeys and will also create office, enterprise and community space, and a new replacement pub.

We have previously manufactured bathroom pods for four other student living schemes for urbanest in London.

Our sister company, Deanestor, is providing fitted bedroom furniture and kitchens for the studios and larger cluster kitchens for Palmerston Court.
