First Pods Installed On Site at Grahame Park for Wates Group

The first bathroom pods have arrived on site for a new social housing scheme under construction by Wates Group.

Offsite Solutions is manufacturing 230 steel-framed bath and shower pods in £1.9m contract with Wates for the housing association, Notting Hill Genesis at Grahame Park in Barnet, London.

This ambitious project is one of the largest self-funding regeneration projects in Europe.

This phase of Grahame Park will provide 149 one and two-bedroom homes for shared ownership in five blocks, and 60 affordable homes for rent, as well as new green spaces.

The last delivery of pods is scheduled for Spring 2023.
