Bathroom Pods for New Student Living Scheme in Bath

Offsite Solutions' bathroom pods have been specified by Deeley Construction for a new student accommodation scheme in Bath.

The Old Bakery occupies a highly constrained site near a railway line so maximising work offsite was critical.

According to James Stephens, Managing Director of Offsite Solutions, "Early engagement for pod manufacture is vital so the bathrooms can be installed and positioned as the structure for each level is constructed."

The scheme features Offsite Solutions' Kingston GRP shower pod which is ideally suited to student living schemes where a low maintenance, highly durable bathroom solution is required.

The project is developed by Deeley Group who are working with offsite specialist Fusion Building Systems.

The student accommodation building, which forms part of the £5.4m Old Bakery development, will provide 63 flats, catering for the growing student population in Bath.
